About Us

Who we are

We are the daughters of the men and women who served in World War II.

Our Mission: To honor all veterans of World War II by preserving their memories and service, so future generations will recognize the great sacrifice of these men and women in protecting the freedom all Americans enjoy today.

We bring together Daughters, Veterans, family members, and those supporting our efforts through programming and special events, designed to raise awareness of World War II and its veterans within our communities.

We collect and share stories of the Daughters and Veterans, so others may come to respect and honor our World War II veterans as we do. In working with other World War II-related organizations, we coordinate efforts to support and assist these Veterans. We create a community in which Daughters can share their special bond and pride with each other.

While our primary members are Daughters of World War II and their families, we also welcome anyone with relatives serving during the war, as well as those wishing to honor Veterans in general by joining our group. Daughters of World War II is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization.
